Android App Permissions & Data Usage
For users of our Android Applications (including SanjeevG WebTools and PDF Office Pro: Merge,Compress), we request certain permissions and collect specific data to provide core functionality:
1. User Accounts & Premium Subscriptions
To provide cloud backups for settings, personalized features, and premium subscriptions, we securely collect:
- Account Details: Your Name, Email Address, and authentication tokens (if you choose to create an account). We use secure third-party authentication systems (like Google/Firebase).
- Financial Data Security: We DO NOT collect, store, or process any payment information (such as credit cards, bank details, or UPI). All premium subscriptions and transactions are securely processed directly by the official Google Play Store billing system.
- Device Security & Anti-Fraud: We store a unique Device ID to manage premium access across your devices, provide offline DRM, and prevent fraudulent activities (such as referral system abuse).
2. Storage, Media & Document Access
Our apps allow you to create, edit, scan, and resize images and documents. To function, the apps require access to your device's gallery or storage to let you select images or files for:
- Uploading brand logos in the QR Code Generator (WebTools).
- Selecting photos for the Image Resizer and Mockup tools (WebTools).
- Selecting and processing PDF documents and images for merging, compressing, scanning, and editing within the PDF Office Pro: Merge,Compress app.
Important: We only access files that you explicitly select. These files are processed to perform the requested task and are not shared with third parties without your consent.
3. Advertising ID (AD_ID)
Our apps use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob) which may collect your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
When using our Apps or Website, we may collect:
- Account Information: Name, Email, and secure authentication tokens if you register for an account or purchase a premium plan (managed securely via Google Firebase Cloud).
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers (for analytics and crash reporting).
- Log Data: In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy
You have full control over your personal data. If you have created an account and wish to delete it, you can easily do so using the "Delete Account" option directly within the app settings, or by submitting a request to us at sanjeevg.in.india@gmail.com.
Upon receiving a deletion request, your account data (including Email, Name, and profile) and any associated cloud data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active servers, subject to any legal obligations to retain transaction records for accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best tools, all file processing is done locally on your device. We are not responsible for any accidental data loss, corrupted documents, or hardware issues. We strongly advise users to keep backups of important files before modifying them using our apps.
Advertising Partners Privacy Policies
We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on SanjeevG.in or our Apps. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs.
