Android App Permissions & Data Usage
For users of our Android Applications (including SanjeevG WebTools and PDF Office), we request certain permissions to provide core functionality:
1. Storage, Media & Document Access
Our apps allow you to create, edit, scan, and resize images and documents. To function, the apps require access to your device's gallery or storage to let you select images or files for:
- Uploading brand logos in the QR Code Generator (WebTools).
- Selecting photos for the Image Resizer and Mockup tools (WebTools).
- Selecting and processing PDF documents and images for merging, compressing, scanning, and editing within the PDF Office app.
100% Offline Processing (PDF Office): All document editing, scanning, merging, and PDF generation in the PDF Office app are performed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share your sensitive documents on any external servers.
Important: We only access files that you explicitly select. These files are processed to perform the requested task and are not shared with third parties without your consent.
2. Advertising ID (AD_ID)
Our apps use third-party advertising services (such as Google AdMob) which may collect your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
When using our Apps or Website, we may collect:
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers (for analytics and crash reporting).
